Frasse Xavier is a seasoned professional in financial inclusion, with more than 23 years of experience in fostering an inclusive world for enhanced well-being of all. Based in Kampala Uganda, he works as a credit and savings expert responsible for microfinance advisory services at MSA. He is also an ILO MMW Certified Trainer. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree from Makerere University and a Master’s degree in Economic Policy and Planning from the same institution. With comprehensive experience spanning a wide range of credit skills, management, operations, and technical assistance, his focus in these disciplines is in capacity building, marketing, risk management and training. His international exposure encompasses work in 25 countries, with a concentrated presence in 7 African nations in East and West Africa.
