Gladys is a trainer, author and mentor responsible for managerial training programs such as ILO MMWI at MSA. She holds an MBA and BSc in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe. Her area of work includes business consultancy, coaching, and financial advisory. She is a former senior Economist at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, where she pioneered a Monetary Policy Implementation matrix. She also co-authored a publication on “Economic Management in a Hyperinflationary Environment” and provides leadership in financial literacy projects with various global organizations. Gladys conducts multiple MSA-related programs, hosts radio discussions, and is a certified Master and Professional Coach. In addition to all her achievements, Gladys is also a 13-time award-winning entrepreneur. Gladys is based in Harare, Zimbabwe
